Care that respects your dignity, equality and respect.

The National Community Support Group was established in 2017 in New South Wales — formed by a passionate group of parents of special-needs children, alongside an experienced and professional team with backgrounds in social work, charity and disability services.

Mission

Provide tailor-made support solutions for every individual client that will best assist them to live their lives to the fullest and regain their independence whilst maintaining quality of life.

Vision

Provide a broad range of social services through valuing dignity, strengthening families and connecting communities across Sydney and NSW.

01

Dignity

Every participant is met with respect for who they are, and we never reduce care to a checklist.

02

Equality

Tailor-made supports for every individual — what works for one person is shaped to fit them, not borrowed from a template.

03

Respect

Families know who is showing up. Coordinators and workers stay so trust can build.

04

Community

Strengthening families and connecting communities — the original reason this organisation was founded.
