Supported Independent Living

Supported Independent Living (SIL) is long-term, 24/7 support delivered in shared or solo housing. Trained workers help with daily routines, household tasks and community access — while you keep control of your home, your schedule and who you live with.

What SIL with NCSG looks like

  • Personal-care assistance available around the clock
  • Household management — meals, cleaning, laundry, shopping
  • Skill development — building independence in the things you want to do for yourself
  • Community access — getting out, staying connected, joining what you enjoy
  • Transition support — moving in, settling in, and changing your supports as your needs change

Following the NDIA's "Making SIL Better" reforms, our SIL service uses a simplified weekly claiming process and clear, transparent transitions when support needs change. You always know what's funded and how.

The supports you can expect, end to end.

  • Tailored to your NDIS plan and personal goals
  • Delivered by trained, vetted, dignity-first support workers
  • Flexible scheduling — you choose when, where, and with whom
  • Transparent reporting and progress check-ins
  • Backed by NCSG’s full coordination and clinical team

From first call to first session in three steps.
